• Description
  Change is the only constant in life. To stay ahead of change, one must have the ability to adapt to changes and overcome crisis. This course is a condensed version of the first 3 modules of CFS LifeWork. It focuses on helping mature workers and seniors in their work-life transition and develop personal resilience in responding to changes affecting work and life so that they can achieve productive longevity and be future ready.
